My name is Cesare /cheh·zuh·ray/, sometimes shortened to Ces /chez/.

My first Pokémon game was Pokémon Silver (hence the name of the website) and my favourite Pokémon is Vaporeon.

I'm currently based in the UK, only because they tell me Hoenn isn't an option.

Why are you doing this?

As social media collapses, I found myself feeling nostalgic for content that isn't a 10-minute video explanation or a 280-character blog entry. So this is where I record my experiences and thoughts.

I like to do a bit of everything – VGC, shiny hunting, taking on random challenges and quests.

Do you post guides?

Not really, but I do talk about my experience with various challenges and give links to useful resources.

Do you give out advice?

Yes! Happy to!

Do you give out Pokémon/items/in-game resources?

No.

Will you post a guide for the very specific challenge I want to take on?

No. But I would love to hear about the challenge!
